Cleantech sought the investment from new shareholders after an issuance of Class A shares was offered.
The Finland-based company doubled its the number of investors after it issued nearly 1 075 270 Class A shares with a subscription rate of 363 per cent. This has seen investments from some 1 233 new investors.
The Board of Directors thus decided to exercise the additional share allotment of 215 050 new Class A shares. This increases the share issue size to a total of approximately 1.3 million euros.The new investment comes as Cleantech Invest aims to boosts its awareness and ownership base in Sweden.

The shares are expected to be registered with the Finnish Trade Register at the end of this month.
